It was ok, ordered a large bingsoo with extra mochi. I got mostly ice, barely half a scoop of ice cream and sprinkle of cereal and barely a spoonful of bingsoo. Strawberry amount was ok. The drinks were too sweet. Been here before several times and it was made better than this but at least it did have extra mochis! Not worth the $40honestly
Delicious bubble tea! Fast service. Their iced Chocolate Mint tea tastes just like melted mint chocochip ice cream. Was also happy to see a South Elgin location since Schaumburg's just a little too far for me! The entrance to their parking lot though is awkward, it's right behind a BWW--I missed it the first time and almost had to loop around through the main road. Despite that, I will absolutely be coming back.🧋
I had a really disappointing experience at this Coffee Haus. I have gone to this specific store since it opened in South Elgin and have experienced nothing like what I did last week. My smoothie was wrong and after I asked very nicely it they could simply fix the issue I received nothing but disrespect the rest of the experience.
