Went to their new store on Route 20 and Nesler today in Elgin, IL... I order $20 worth of goodies and tried to pay with a $100 bill, I was told by the staff that they don’t accept 50’s or 100’s... They have nothing posted and the staff could not provide an intelligent reason why, other than it’s their store policy... What kind of business doesn’t accept USD currency of any denomination... I guess next time I’ll bring 20 dollars in pennies or just give my business to...read full review
Great coffee but the service part needs help and quick! Took me 10 mins for a med coffee yesterday. Other then that the location is very nice and inviting.
