Food was fresh and service fast. I loved the lemonade, and I also noticed the sddition of cold brew to the drinks. I was impressed with the genuinely friendly customer service from everyone. Athena was patient and accommodating while taking my order, and she was also efficient by attending the tables and other tasks on the floor.

This location's drive-through was actually very fast, unlike other Paneras I've been to. Associate was very nice, smiled which is rare. I got the Baja bowl and it was perfect. Brownies are great but they need to make more of them!

Always a Panera fan. Good food, made fresh. The South Elgin morning manager, however, seems to be making it a habit of arriving and unlocking the door in the morning, either at the same time as the customers are pulling in the parking lot OR even later. Someone there needs to train the manager there to get there earlier and BE READY FOR THE CUSTOMERS AT THE OPENING TIME. I get it if it happens once, but it seems this is the new normal. Another suggestion is that they use the Pick-up...
