I got a black ice coffe with 4 pumps of classic syrup venti and the lady never asked my name 7 people came order after me took liken 15 mins have have the coffe because they where jumping me bad service
Picked up my 6 pump, extra hot Venti chai tea latte no room with a little whip and it was made perfectly. Reason for description is, a lot of things can go wrong and they didn’t. Kudos to the barista!

I don't order anything fancy, just a peach green tea, and half the time they serve me a cup of ice water with a tint of green tea and very little peach, if any.
Kind of disappointing to pay $6 for that.
