“Was recommended this restaurant from a friend. The maple tree and did not disappoint. Made a reservation online easy. Their menu is awesome, simple and delicious. Crab cake was perfect! Our dinner was fantastic. We had trout and shrimp. They have the best banana pudding over crème brûlée. The coffee for an end cap was out of this world good!“

“Let me start off by saying, I rock with this place!! I’ve been going for years since the smaller location. The customer service on this experience was HORRIBLE!! I asked for extra sauce on my Jumbo tip and link combo, small turkey tip, and 6 wings ($55). When the cashier relayed the request to the lady who was preparing the food she got a real crappy attitude like I was asking for too much. I guess because they were almost closing. I asked her what she said and she went all off. “I wasn’t talking to you I was talking to her!” I asked what her name was and she refused to give it to me. No name tags present or I wouldn’t have asked. Then she directed me to the manager who was also preparing food for any concerns that I may have. I asked the manager Nivia Battle (I think that’s what she said) was she required to give me her name. She said no. Her attitude was crappy as well. Just negative energy behind the glass. Except for the cashier. I also told the that they need to improve their customer service and that I WILL BE BACK!! I have no complaints about my order at all. Food was great!!! They just need to get someone back there that’s actually going to do their job without being so nasty.“

Came back later after they opened and was glad we did. Ordered 2 medium tips and 2 medium combo tips and links.

All 4 orders were loaded up. Great value for the price.

The sauce was mild and not sure if there were more sauce options. Next time gonna tell them to put sauce on the fries too.“

“We were hesitant about trying this restaurant after moving into the neighborhood. Reading the reviews helped. 😲 when I say this food was 🔥, we devoured the large turkey tips w/hot links. Everything was hot and fresh! Fries were still crispy with the sauce on them! Turkey was melt in ur mouth delicious 😋. No leftovers, we ate it all in one sitting. Woo woods is our new bbq joint! “Ordered online got a Bucket of Tips, When I arrived there was a window for Door Dash pickup so I went to the register. It was a lot of customers inside they did have a sign that online orders and Door Dash are the same window. “We typically love it here. However, we had an easily avoidable issue yesterday. The app only allows the "call ahead" for up to 6. We had a party of 12. So, we called the location to ask if they could accommodate a party of 12. We kept getting placed on hold by 3 different employees only to be told they can't give a time estimate until we are physically there (15+minutes btw of employee after employee). Okay, we pack up and head there. After arriving we are told they can't even sit the 12 of us together and it's a 1.5 hour wait. What a WASTE of OUR time. I understand the wait is based on the customer traffic. But if you guys know you can't sit 12 together, TELL US OVER THE DAM PHONE!!!!!!“

“We dined here today mainly due to having a gift card. My husband opted for the 9oz filet with mashed potatoes and macaroni & cheese, accompanied by Sprite. I chose a peach sangria and the 7 pepper sirloin salad and loaded baked potato soup combo. The restaurant's cozy atmosphere was a welcome respite during our Christmas shopping in the snow. We appreciated our friendly server, quick service, and the good food, which exceeded our expectations and made us want to come back. See you next time Longhorns!“

“The first time I went in I ordered the three piece catfish dinner. It came with fries, coleslaw and corn on the cob. What I was surprised with was the packaging. It was placed in an aluminum tray and packaged so well that I was highly impressed. My food was prepared by the male chef. It was delicious. I was so impressed that I told my neighbors. The next time I ordered a lady answered the phone and took my order of the same first order. Her customer service skills were poor and the same order that I ordered before was a disappointment. The fish was not crisp and packaging was a plastic bag. The real cook who was chef that cooked my order should train the staff in their cooking skills. I haven’t been back. If a standard is set customers will be faithful and tell others about the food served and the quality of customer service.“

“My biggest issue with restaurants now days is that they don't take call in orders, therefore directing you to an app that charges in some cases an extra $10 for the same menu item. Even for pickup orders! So either you have to go in-store and order which means a longer wait and overall inconvenience or order on the app and spend extra money... I know everyone does it, but it's a terrible business strategy. Food is good tho.“

“My review is based solely off of their chicken!!!!!!! They have some really good,well seasoned chicken! Their fries are really good too! I order the wings (also 1/4 white) with and without sauce,but when I do get sauce it’s definitely their mild because it’s very tasty! Their food is cooked to order and it’s always fresh! Depending on when you go the line (drive thru) can be very long!! Always worth the wait for me,but some people will stay in their cars on the main street (Sibley) waiting for a spot in the parking lot. It’s a pretty small space on the inside. Their flavored iced type drinks are good too. They accept cash,debit/cc/AP! The staff I’ve dealt with over the years have always been friendly! I’ve had other meals overtime too,but I really enjoy the chicken the most. Almost forgot,burritos are good too!! They also follow instruction regarding how you want your food prepared. Always a win for me! Last but not least,I now travel about 25 minutes to get there because I don’t live as close as I initially did years ago!“
