These Black Queens didn't drop the ball on not 1 person that walked in the door. From the greetings when you walked in to the smile behind the mask asking what can I get you. They even explained the menu's to me, this was my first time and won't be my last not only was the bowl good but the customer service was TOP NOTCH. “What an amazing find in the middle of the charming Whiting downtown! “Main Street” vibes and right as I walked in the door I was greeted by the two lovely team members, kind and helpful and when I told them it was my first time in and asked for suggestions, both were knowledgeable and able to articulate so well!I ordered the super unique pistachio protein shake…so wonderful! Great texture, unique flavor and actually massive! I was so full after and it took me a long time to finish, great from first to last drop!I also tried their protein bites and they were super tasty, really quite filling as well.In the back of the location there is a fitness studio, where they were setting up a Christmas market! I met with the owner and she is simply amazing…cares about her guests, product and vibes of the location, someone who is truly proud to be part of the community…..we need more of this throughout this wonderful country of ours!Will I be back? “I love this place! The energy, the vibe, the girls drumming on the counter when I first came in, it is AMAZING. They have created a culture here, not just a nutrition shop. They have cardio drumming classes outside in the parking lot, and that is also a sight to see. I see customers coming in happy and walking out happy, and I'm definitely one of them. AWESOME PLACE.“

“I found out about this place a year ago and I love it!!! They have so many different smoothies and other protein drinks that you can get they are so good! Love there acai bowls! I work late on weekends and I don’t have time to get me something from there because they close at 2. I would really love if they would’ve stayed open a little later then 2 on the weekends ?“
“Been here a few times. The inside is a nice aesthetic and there's plenty of parking. I spoke to Justin who I believe is the owner and he was super patient and friendly! They have a large assortment of delicious flavors for the shakes and teas. All the shakes are made with protein if I'm not mistaken and are really tasty and healthy! I have tried the peanut butter and banana, captain crunch, pumpkin(pumpkin cheesecake I believe), and the Incredible Hulk. Very delicious and filling! I purchased one of the teas for my mother a while back and she liked it. They offer other protein options like protein waffles if you're looking for a more filling option with that added protein! Justin is super knowledgeable about the proteins and estimated calories if you're concerned about that too! Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be back, especially since I found out they have a promotion running on Friday and Saturday for medium shakes!“
“The crème brûlée Cappuccino was great ! I added coconut flavor too . The New York Cheesecake French Toast was super amazing !! It really did taste like cheesecake filling . The other dish that I got was the Chorizo Skilet which was super tastey . I haven’t had that style of chorizo before so it was cool trying it . The potato’s inside of it made the dish so much more tastey !! A little bit spicy but you can expect that with Chorizo . Everything was so homemade and exceeded our expectations. I did wait over 40 minutes for my dishes and cappuccino I understand that maybe making those styled drinks is a process and maybe might need a little more staff for the amount of customer volume and to make these dishes . But my service was good and you can see all the workers are going fast and trying . Overall cute place and amazing homemade food .“

“Hey guys thank you for checking out this new review for this spot I just stumbled upon calledThe grand nutrition bar so my understanding this black woman establishment in protein and natural teas/ detox smoothies I was on the side of town actually to get a tuna sandwich from the unbeatable eatables sandwich shop a couple doors over but before I left I noticed this new business so I decided to check it out because if anybody knows me physical fitness is very important to me and I live in clean eating lifestyle and I love tea not talking about diabetic teeth with tons of sugar just natural lemon and ginger and I love smoothies so anyway I walk into this establishment and the vibe was kind of off there was some gentlemen in there I didn't know if they were customers or if they were the owners but it just wasn't a welcoming ride they were having a conversation sitting and chairs by the back wall I don't know how long this establishment has been up maybe they were still getting stuff together and establishment but I acknowledge them and they didn't really say too much but anyway I was about to leave but I had it over to the bar with a helpful staff member she walking through what the tease and smoothies were about and it's really sounded up my alley or something that I pretty much have in my regular routine actually I was walking to the counter to ask if they had a flyer and she said no but I continue to ask her about me the smoothies detox teas Etc and I picked to delicious teas that I definitely have to come back and Sample I was so glad that she was there to give me the knowledge and I end up making her a good sale and she has a routine customer but before that I was about to honestly leave out because of the vibe I got from the gentleman and establishment it wasn't anything harmful they just didn't have a welcoming ride it's almost like I walked in they looked at me like who are you instead of greeting your customer with enthusiasm but hey other than that if you are in the neck of the woods and encourage you guys to come out and support like businesses I look forward to seeing many more things with this establishment hope you guys like my review never mind you my whole purpose is never to kick down any business I am just giving you guys my experience when I was at this establishment you might have your own experience when you visit check it out“

“I've been coming to this location for years. I get supplements sometimes, but mainly the juices. I love the juices. I wish they can be more consistent with the juices. They use to pull out the book to get exactly the amount of ingredients and the right ingredients they needed to make a drink. Now they do not and the taste of the drink is always different.“
“The customer service is superb as well as the smoothies. I tried the chicken salad and avocado with chips. The chips were stale and the avocado dip was terrible. The chicken salad was terrible as well. I was highly disappointed. I will still return for my smoothies and I’ll try the wrap“
