Best mcdonalds in the southwest area. Use to work here people are extremely friendly always willing to help and its very clean. This mcdonalds is the perfect example of how a mcdonalds should be.

I wanted to update my review. Most people know exactly what to expect when you visit a McDonald's, they're all basically close enough to the same. This last time was the same nothing great but also nothing horrible. I would like to apologize to the young man at the drive through that I unfairly called an asshole. I was having a bad day and I assumed this person was being something that I later didn't feel was the case. Also the other people I dealt with were courteous as well. Thank you all for dealing with me even though I was being difficult. You all deserve an award!

Did a mobile order parked waited an hour went to the window and they said they didn't see me out there at first then it changed to cleaning a machine I said nvm I will go to another mcdonnalds they took the points i got a free charamel frap so I called them and they said well u said u didn't want it I said so if I paid in cash would u have stolen my money they said we never stole anything from you I said well can you return my points they said no we already claimed the order I said so u stole I got nothing u got my points they said u can come back and we can give u one I said I'm already late I can't come back they said I'm sorry we can't help you then I said that's ridiculous I waited an hour y did u claim it? They repeated we didn't see your car it's bright blue it's big it was in the first spot if you miss it your blind

Ok, this rating is assuming you know what McDonald's is. If you have never been, this is like a 1 star food place when compared to a three Michelin star restaurant. But in the fast food world with fast food expectations, it's easily a 4 star establishment. I ate there all the time when I used to work in that local area. Fast, decent food on demand for a fair price. If you want fast food this mcdonald's in particular has good quality standards.

Ordered a big breakfast. Got eggs, hash brown, biscuit & sausage. No pancakes or syrup. I feel the only reason I got my butter is because I asked for Xtra. I called the store to see if they would fix it but the phone just rang and rang. 2-3 minutes later I tried calling again; same result. I did not get what I paid for & I feel that I'm owed my money's worth however I know I'm out of luck. 🤷

Don't be an employee there and be sick. They make you go in sick and if you don't then you loose your job. The new manager Michelle is the one whom does and makes these decisions. Not a good place to go eat if you don't know if someone is sick or not serving your food
