Placed a $30 online order for pickup. Set the time for 25 minutes. Go pick it up and they tell me they decided not to make the burger because the patties are frozen. Ask me if I want a pulled pork sandwich. No. I don’t eat pork. Waited ten more minutes for the burger. Get home and all the food is cold. Don’t take online orders if you’re going to just decide not to make part of the order. Like it’s already paid for. I’m done with this place. 3rd time either I get home with someone else’s order or they are out.

The food is good. It every single time I order something’s wrong. I ordered the pork tacos for it to not come with bbq sauce which it has in the past. The ice cream is good if they can make it right. A root beer float barely had any ice cream in it and when questioned why it didn’t have the same amount as the other one I got told I do not know and they added a tiny scoop and handed it back to me. An ice cream cone I ordered came to me with it melting and all over the side of the cone and no napkins. I enjoy eating the food as I think it’s good but I wish it would come the way it’s supposed to.
