The machine wouldn't take me card. And I never have cash on me. After running the card 12 times knowing it had money on it. A nice customer behind me paid for my food. And then took my card to Circle K. And it worked fine. Something is going on with the card machine. I'm reluctant to go back, because of that.

So I just went by to get a Subway real quick and it was 9:00 the time that they “close” but the employee (idk her name but it’s a skinny white female drives a white dodge suv) well she could’ve been respectful enough to let me know it’s closed but no she was too busy on her phone sitting im her car. So as I proceed to get off and walk towards the door bcz the lights were still on, she rushes in front of me and locks the door in front of my face without acknowledging my presence. Seriously so disrespectfully it costs $0 to let a customer know that business is closed for the day. And also the management should keep tabs on her bcz she was distracted on her phone instead of closing as she should have been and on top of that she shut the door in front of a customer. She should be fired if she can’t do her job as said.

So I order a pro ft long Philly cheese steak, being a pfl it's supposed to have extra meat and comes with 4 slices of cheese. Nope not here , I ask for the meat to be heated not a toasted Sammy. Nope not here, she toast a 3 sliced Sammy. I even asked before she toasted it , if they changed how they made the Sammy. She said no why . I replied that I didn't want it toasted, she replies with well I just won't toast it that long . So she does . Then I ask if I'm supposed to get 4 slices of cheese , she says ya why I say cuz there is only 3 . She says well do you want me to add it on the Sammy or what . I look at her and say well now I'm just going to have an unmelted slice. Ya. There ain't even enough meat on the bread for another slice . $16 for this... ya right.... not me.

Employee was very rude and kept interrupting. I had to tell him 4 times what the sandwich was and had to repeat everything I said at least 3 times. I also ordered a bowl and he was so in a hurry for me to finish the order that I didn't actually get to put in it what I wanted because he was constantly interrupting. When I asked for a fork he threw it on the counter instead of in the bag or handing it to me. I wanted my receipt but he immediately threw it away and I just wanted out of there at that point. I have never had a good experience at this location and don't anticipate going back. Especially not to pay $12 on a salad bowl that is filled half-way and without the meat and cheese chopped.

Updated review: Friday November 12 2021: absolutely the worst experience at any subway I’ve ever been to. The manager working the front counter was extremely abrupt and borderline rude, I was very rushed, they didn’t have some of the products on the menu and soda in fountain was awful, mostly carbonated water. Wouldn’t recommend and would give zero stars if possible.
