“Food seemed either over cooked or stale. The fish sandwich was a little too chewy around the edges, and they skimped on the sauce on the sandwich. I did get a half hearted "thank you" when I paid, better the mcyDs, where they don't even make eye contact with you.“
“We pulled off the road in Springfield to grab a quick bite. This Arby's was just what we needed. The staff were super polite and patient as we revisited the menu. Our food came out hot and neatly prepared. The dining room and always troublesome sauce and napkin area was spotless. We even helped ourselves to some refills for the miles ahead. Thanks Arby's Springfield!!“
“Staff was very cheerful and engaging! Called out a greeting as soon as I walked in. She verified my order and even kept me posted while it was promptly made. Fries were hot and fresh. Nice after a 2 hour drive! I'll definitely stop here again when I'm in the area.“
