The food is always good, but I have never seen a more miserable looking staff. I honestly can not think of a single time that I have seen anyone working there crack a smile. The entire staff look like they hate being there and have no interest in the concept of 'service with a smile'.
Very nice and clean place and nice people
We have used Arby’s on Veteran’s in Springfield for catered lunches several times and always have a great experience working with Ryan. Our order is always correct, on time and delicious! Thanks!
