“My wife and I stopped here today to try it out for the first time. Overall our experience was excellent. We will not be going to any of the nearby chiken places anymore, there is just no comparison. The restaurant was very clean and everyone was friendly. While we had to wait a few minutes while they cooked fresh chicken, it was completely worth it. I ordered the sandwich with the Level 5 hot seasoning (picture included) and my wife ordered the strips with Level 3 mild seasoning. This is completely different from “buffalo” style sauce or other restaurants spicy chicken. It is a hot pepper dry seasoning applied fresh after cooking based on the heat level ordered. Both the sandwich and strips had excellent flavor. The fries were fresh and include a dusting of seasoning. The pickles were a great addition and an ample serving was provided. This is our new go-to place for spicy chicken.“

“The food is always good, but I have never seen a more miserable looking staff. I honestly can not think of a single time that I have seen anyone working there crack a smile. The entire staff look like they hate being there and have no interest in the concept of 'service with a smile'.“

“I had a host of family come visit from out of town. I ordered 50 piece wings from California Kitchen, it came with fries and 2 cans of pop. I was told 15 minutes for pick up and did not check the food prior to leaving. The chicken was fried very hard and wasn't good. I didn't call until the next morning and spoke to a manager. The manager was pleasant and very understanding. I was able to bring back the chicken from the previous day and recieved a full new 50 piece meal for my visiting family. He even asked if I wanted to keep the order that was messed up. Amazing customer service and the food was really good. I would always order from them, they really know how to treat their customers!! The new location is great too!.“

“We love Gyro Stop. The food never disappoints and the staff is great. But if you close at a certain time, that should mean you close at that time. I tried to call in an order 45 minutes before close, which I think is reasonable. I got a recording that said they prefer online orders. Great! So do I. Nope. They stop taking those an hour before close. Called again and the recording gave me the options and I selected to speak to someone to place an order and was placed on hold. After a minute or so, I was told they couldn't take my call and to try again in 5-10 minutes. I decided to just go in and place it. Nope. Door was locked 30 minutes before close. I'm sorry but this is unacceptable. I've worked in the service industry so I am very understanding of the employees' time but if you say you're open until 7 (this was a Saturday), then stay open until 7.“

“So many fast food places in the Springfield area blow me away with their disrespectful, crappy practices, (mcD on Chatham rd for example) this Sonic is one of the few places in the Springfield area where the crew has some sense, they are kind, they have good customer service and they do their job well, thank you guys“

I never eat all my curly fries maybe a quarter of a box, tonight I ate my entire box and wanted more! “This Clear lake location is the only one I will go to in Springfield. The staff have always been friendly and the food is pretty consistently fresh. My favorite is the sweet tea, made just right. I will also go out of my way to go to the Taylorville McDonald's!

As far as the other Springfield and Chatham locations, the employees need a lesson on work ethic and food service. The food is cold and fries cold and are always warmed over. And they are RUDE!
That's the result of pure laziness.
The Archer Elevator location....awful. THE STAFF IS RUDE!
I even refuse to go the the Chatham location!
It's pretty bad when the majority of the McDonald's here have such bad service.

“My pregnant fiancé was craving fried pickles & since they are a 5 min drive away from us we always choose silver 7s not only the good food but the welcoming atmosphere it was 3 mins until kitchen closed & we informed the waitress we can go find something else we didn’t want to be a bother she didn’t let us leave without a meal & was very reassuring that it was no big deal ! “We go in here quite a bit. There’s a young man that works in there and he has to be the most nicest young man that I have Ever came across with customer service. He helps you he’s nice he smiles. He’s just a very happy person. We have him in drive-through and we get him in dining and with the way the world is today. It’s always nice to see a smiling face and when you’re spending money with a food establishment customer service really matters and he gives you excellent Customer service along with the whole staff here we have never had bad food. We always ring that bell, and with that being said, we will always be faithful customers to this establishment.“

“First time dining here. Large menu and really large portions. Besides the gyro, they have schwarma, other Indian food, falafal, fried chicken and fish, hamburgers, hot dogs and sausage, and more. My wife had the loaded potato which was a spicy mixture of baked potato pieces, broccoli florets, grilled onions, cheese, and more. She couldn't eat all of it. I had the gyro meal. The gyro was so stuffed that I had difficulty getting it into my mouth and had to eat some of the filling before I could fold it together to pick it up.“

“The food was good as always. I ordered unsweet tea, but got sweet tea. I didn't discover this until I got home. I live halfway across town, so I didn't bother taking it back. But I was stuck without a drink, as I'm a type 2 diabetic and can't have the sugar. It was on my receipt as unsweet tea. I wish they would pay more attention to what they're doing. This has happened before at this same Taco Bell location.“

“I don't generally go to Panda Express. I was genuinely impressed with the service that I received. I found everyone to be courteous and they smiled. Everything was relatively clean and inviting. I would probably consider dropping by another location of this chain or maybe even stop back by this one if I were in the area.“

“I went through and order myself and my daughter some lunch today. Mind you it was 10 am and they were serving breakfast and hadn’t had anything started yet. I order my daughter a kids chicken finger and the lady misunderstood me and thought I said chicken slinger( I’ve worked fast food I know those speakers need to burn) anyway at the window I explain the miscommunication and instead of getting upset and angry the manager just politely explained the situation and asked me to wait. They were all so friendly and very quick considering it was 10 am and I order chicken strips. I just wanted to come on here and write a review because you really don’t see friendly fast food workers anymore (understandable because everywhere is short staffed) and there was only 3 of them and they were decently busy. I just wanted to put something nice out about them. Because they deserved it! Great job!“
