The owners are really kind and friendly, and really made an effort to make me comfortable during my first visit to the USA. It genuinely feels like part of, and belonging to, the community. “I had a host of family come visit from out of town. I ordered 50 piece wings from California Kitchen, it came with fries and 2 cans of pop. I was told 15 minutes for pick up and did not check the food prior to leaving. The chicken was fried very hard and wasn't good. I didn't call until the next morning and spoke to a manager. The manager was pleasant and very understanding. I was able to bring back the chicken from the previous day and recieved a full new 50 piece meal for my visiting family. He even asked if I wanted to keep the order that was messed up. Amazing customer service and the food was really good. I would always order from them, they really know how to treat their customers!! The new location is great too!.“

The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and outgoing. There's a seating area so you can take a break with a glass (or two) and hang out for a bit. I'm looking forward to going back.“

They seem to have a lot of outdoor seating but only one kitchen makes all the food? If they have multiple kitchens, then I dont understand why food was so slow to come out. I had bbq pulled pork sandwich which was dry, as there was a scant dollop of bbq sauce on bun.

Got frustrated real quick as sales floor did not have a big selection XL guys sizes on my price range.
