“A wonderful coffee shop in a historic area of town. It has a great selection of coffees, teas, and baked goods. The owners are really kind and friendly, and really made an effort to make me comfortable during my first visit to the USA. It genuinely feels like part of, and belonging to, the community. “traveled from Peoria in search of North Face coat for Christmas gift in Dec. to find i bought wrong size. Came back today 01/11 to return and find another coat. Got frustrated real quick as sales floor did not have a big selection XL guys sizes on my price range. Patrick Kelley found me another North Face and saved me $100 because the price was cheaper on SCHEELS online portal. I walked out a very happy customer. THANK YOU Patrick for your hard work“

“My family and I have eaten here at least twice and both times the food has been amazing! Recently, I really enjoyed the pumpkin chipotle soup and veggie open faced sandwich ( I can’t remember the official name). We also got three deserts and all were amazing! I’ve also bought delicious tea from her and appreciate the expert help picking it out! I highly recommend eating here!“

It's a pity that I am from California and only been here once. It's my grandmother's hometown and I fell in love with this branch right away.

“I’ve been visiting this location more consistently over the past few months because of how reliable the service is. The environment is calm, which allows me to get my work done, and the manager and team are consistently top-notch when it comes to guest experience. Special shoutout to Ashley for leading the team and ensuring guests are genuinely taken care of. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a great time and a place to chill and get work done.“

“Very welcoming and delicious coffee spot. My favorites are an egg and cheese breakfast croissant, and the sugar free Lotus which you can pick from a list or make your own. I have yet to find my favorite coffee drink, but they have adorable seasonal menus with new creations all the time. They also will give you a slight discount if you’re a healthcare worker!“

“Springfield Starbucks is absolute trash for firing Haley. This is literally the "Cracker Barrel firing Brad's Wife" gone barista. Haley is such a hard worker, passionate about her job, and even promoted your drinks on her personal page just out of dedication to her position. She was the reason I'd get Starbucks, now she's the reason I'll pass on Starbucks any day for treating their workers poorly. Haley will put her efforts elsewhere and still have her success story, and you'll be left without an impeccable manager.“

“I absolutely love donuts and lately it’s been hit and miss on quality. 3 out of the last 4 times I’ve went the donuts tasted like grease. Kind of like the grease was either old or didn’t get to proper temp before the donuts were dropped into it. The employees at this location are extremely friendly and the atmosphere is great. They just need to figure out why their donuts aren’t consistent which I know is not on this location as the donuts come from one main location.“
“Literally the best chicken fingers and fries I've ever had. The fries were perfectly seasoned and the chicken tenders had amazingly flaky crust. The meat was melt in your mouth not stringy. The strawberry rhubarb margarita was delicious. If you're in Springfield come here to eat!“

“It was a comfortable experience. All the machines are separated by clear partitions and the person working that day was so nice. She immediately greeted my friend and I the offered us drinks. The is a large variety of drink options ranging from alcohol to softdrinks and more. The sodas come free and gratuity is appreciated. She was very modest to accept a tip. I absolutely loved this experience and I will be returning again one day.NOTE: There is also a comfortable seating area equipped with a television.“
“Although coffee is good and staff cordial, beware that this business charges a "Non-Cash Adjustment" Fee when customers pay with a charge card. In addition to coffee, I bought merchandise totaling $25.00. I was charged $1.23 for using my charge card. I do NOT recall seeing a warning sign. Staff did NOT alert me to their policy. Disappointing experience.“

“love the lotus drinks! but the customer service not so much... I am aware I came through the drive thru at 540.. you close at 6. I was not the only customer though...there were 2 other cars. The young girl who was working the window,clearly, was not happy.. it was written all over her face.. not one half of a smile.. I am by myself and ordered 3 drinks, I have 2 cup holders, so I ask if there was a drink carrier, she nodded and closed the window, opened the window back up to get the drink that she had given me first to put back into the carrier, I said sorry for bothering you with that since she yet again had an attitude. she says absolutely nothing and hands me my drinks and shuts the window. It was a very cold interaction, my only guess is because I came through so close to closing time.. I am so very excited to have Haes come to sherman but I sure hope those kind of attitudes dont come with it.“

“This Clear lake location is the only one I will go to in Springfield. The staff have always been friendly and the food is pretty consistently fresh. My favorite is the sweet tea, made just right. I will also go out of my way to go to the Taylorville McDonald's!
As far as the other Springfield and Chatham locations, the employees need a lesson on work ethic and food service. The food is cold and fries cold and are always warmed over. And they are RUDE!
That's the result of pure laziness.
The Archer Elevator location....awful. THE STAFF IS RUDE!
I even refuse to go the the Chatham location!
It's pretty bad when the majority of the McDonald's here have such bad service.
Time for a major review by the ownersof their restaurants, I'd say.“

“Passing thru on a trip from WI to MO and it was the perfect stop. Didnt let all the closed roads from the marathon stop me from getting here. Cute decor, great service, hot mocha and the added cinnamon roll was yum! Not sure when I'll be passing thru again but would stop back in if I ever got the chance.“
