love the lotus drinks! but the customer service not so much... I am aware I came through the drive thru at 540.. you close at 6. I was not the only customer though...there were 2 other cars. The young girl who was working the window,clearly, was not happy.. it was written all over her face.. not one half of a smile.. I am by myself and ordered 3 drinks, I have 2 cup holders, so I ask if there was a drink carrier, she nodded and closed the window, opened the window back up to...read full review
The teens that work there, one in particular, is very rude. Will open the window and give you your stuff and won’t say anything, just a very off stare. That is exactly why I don’t tip at Jefferson anymore. I love this place still, she won’t change my opinion, I just won’t tip. 🤷🏻♀️
