I just went through the drive thru on August 3 at midnight and got THE BEST Frisco burger I've ever had from Hardee's. Employees were super friendly too.
Anton at the Springfield Il Jefferson location was super nice. As was everyone else, just didn’t catch all their names.
The food was great, the team seemed to really enjoy each other and work well together. The cook, Antonio, was actually the first to greet me. That never happens in restaurants. The staff was so friendly and the sweet girl cleaning the lobby made my solo lunch experience fun!

The Hardee's on Sangamon Ave provides outstanding service with friendly and pleasant workers who have great soft skills and attitude. The food is fresh and tasty, with specific mentions of a delicious jr double cheeseburger made to order and a cookies n'cream shake. Orders are prepared very fast and with efficiency. The store is nice and clean, contributing to an enjoyable experience. Recent service has shown a big difference, with workers who know their job and get orders out quickly. The overall atmosphere is appreciated, making it a pleasure to visit this location.
