“My kids and I stopped in here Tuesday after my son’s diabetic appointment. There was no carb information so I asked the waitress if there was any chance I could get that since my son is Type 1 diabetic. Without hesitation, she went back and spoke with the cook and manager. We had the carb information we needed and had 0 issues ordering. Our waitress was an absolute sweetheart. The manager even came and went over the carb information with us. Thank you for helping ease this mommas mind. Something as simple as ordering a meal can be tricky for a child with type 1. And you didn’t snub us or treat us any differntly. Sadly, that does tend to happen a lot when asking that simple of a question. Our food was amazing and so was the service. We will most definitely be back!“

“I normally work door dash from here but tonight im a dine in customer and I must say. The customer service is out of this world. If able to I'd give 100 stars!! Employees are amazing and have a very amazing trainer and boss. Ive been to multiple steak and shakes before and NOTHING and NOWHERE tops the springfield Wabash location!!! Keep up the amazing work yall!!“

“Delicious pizza with consistent quality! The crust is perfectly baked, the sauce is rich, and the toppings are fresh and generous. Orders are prepared quickly and served hot. The staff is welcoming and provides excellent service. A wonderful spot for enjoying tasty pizza with family and friends.“

“I generally get there double cheeseburger and fry special. The breakfast is very good also. Mondays is chicken noodle which is very good. Wednesday is meatloaf. That’s good also. Staff’s always friendly and can’t forget to get the milkshakes.“

“Very friendly staff, clean, pleasant and the manager Shakaib was very professional. He was running food, helping clean up spilled drinks and overall just a pleasant person. This was my first time at this location. The moment we walked in everyone was nice and helpful. Our food was hot, fresh and brought to our table. It was very nice.“

“the burgers are always delicious, favorite of mine is the mushroom swiss burger and the western.
i highly recommend getting their horseshoes with grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, and fresno sauce (with the cheese sauce as well). its so good! remember to get a drink.
everything goes great with their shakes as well.

“So many fast food places in the Springfield area blow me away with their disrespectful, crappy practices, (mcD on Chatham rd for example) this Sonic is one of the few places in the Springfield area where the crew has some sense, they are kind, they have good customer service and they do their job well, thank you guys“

“This Clear lake location is the only one I will go to in Springfield. The staff have always been friendly and the food is pretty consistently fresh. My favorite is the sweet tea, made just right. I will also go out of my way to go to the Taylorville McDonald's!
As far as the other Springfield and Chatham locations, the employees need a lesson on work ethic and food service. The food is cold and fries cold and are always warmed over. And they are RUDE!
That's the result of pure laziness.
The Archer Elevator location....awful. THE STAFF IS RUDE!
I even refuse to go the the Chatham location!
It's pretty bad when the majority of the McDonald's here have such bad service.

“Highly recommend this place. We had about an hour wait because of course they are short staffed, who isnt... They had a party of 12 walk in right before us, with only 1 cook. they done their best to make it fast to seat us, and others. Usally we wouldn't wait that long, but all the staff was extremely friendly and working hard to please all customers. 1 young waitress cause she didn't have a sitter and had to bring her little boy to work with her... But SHE WAS THERE! working her butt off. we told her to put him with us, we played with him until the grandma cane to pick him up. The whole team worked together great. they were all young. my husband and I sat there and enjoyed our meal, while watching this young crew admiring them all for their dedication to try their best to do what they had to do to please their customers and provide for their families. kudos to this IHOP, for a job well done today. September 5th, 2022..“
