Highly recommend this place. We had about an hour wait because of course they are short staffed, who isnt... They had a party of 12 walk in right before us, with only 1 cook. they done their best to make it fast to seat us, and others. Usally we wouldn't wait that long, but all the staff was extremely friendly and working hard to please all customers. 1 young waitress cause she didn't have a sitter and had to bring her little boy to work with her... IHOP offers friendly service and tasty food, although there was a minor issue of finding hair in the turkey bacon. Despite some delays in serving, the staff, especially Keontay, showed patience and dedication. The pancakes and chicken strips were hot, crispy, and flavorful, served by a clean and courteous waiter. A kind stranger paid for a meal, adding a nice surprise to the visit. The location is accessible with a parking lot and level entrance, making it easy to visit. The friendly staff, like Trinity who was attentive and made guests feel at home, helps create a welcoming atmosphere. The waffle and chicken strips are especially delicious, with fluffy, golden waffles and crispy chicken. Overall, IHOP seems to be a pleasant place for a nice meal and a positive experience.
