Big disappointment eating at this particular IHOP. We don't have an IHOP in our town and was looking forward to finally eating at one since it's been years. The service was terrible. It took 15 minutes just to place our drink order and it wasn't even our waitress - we had to get another waitress to get us a drink. Excellent the IHOP location. Around 10 o'clock on Sunday, things were busy. We were immediately seated. We started with a coffee order, which is delivered in a carafe for convenient refills. They have a menu for people who are over 55 that is a few dollars less expensive, however I believe the smaller portions go along with the lower cost.I had the hashbrowns, bacon, eggs, and sourdough toast. Went today, Sunday at 7:30pm and food wasn't served until 8:45. There was only one staff member,Keontay, apart from the chef. He had been there since 6am I think. People patiently waited cause he was doing every job except cooking. I applaud his patient demeanor despite the challenge.
