Horrible experience at Sonic. Went to order a bag of burgers, one bag plain, one bag with onion, mustard, and pickles. Okay, did they get our food completely wrong? They had tomatoes and just wrong all of them, ten burgers wrong. So the manager on duty, night shift March 22, took the food and said she would make it correct. We told her exactly, five plain and five with mustard and onion and pickles. She said ok and went back in to make them, came back out and they were wrong again....read full review
This Sonic on Isles plays the bait and switch. Half price drinks on the app half price burgers on Tuesday night on the app. Guess what the app wouldn't work. Assistant Manager told us basically not her problem. We went to Sonic every Saturday morning and other times if we were in Springfield. Not anymore Sonic isn't my problem anymore. Bad Bad Bad customer service.
