HORRIBLE service. Unprofessional staff. Never again.
We ordered online @ 7 PM on Sunday, March 22, 2026. Order was supposed to be ready at 7:11 PM. Order still not ready at 7:50 PM. I asked to cancel my order and get a refund ($25.07) and was told I need to do it through the app. There is no way to do this. There is no number posted anywhere in the restaurant to contact someone with issues either.

I am just disappointed.. I have a reason and the DQ store didn't care. The manager didnt even apologize, stop giving 3 cents worth of ice cream for discrepancies. It's an insult.
Awful service. Rude staff. You just lost a customer.
