3 years of going to this place and you’d think I’d learn. They never listen to your order at the drive thru and this time they got every part of both orders wrong. Lady also had an attitude and wouldn’t scan my barcode for the discount. Only order through the app and pickup inside so you can be sure they did it right and you get credit for your purchase.

I was at the local Dairy Queen on Wabash. I have to praise the manager on duty. He showed pride and professionalism in the workplace. He commands good service from the staff and cooks. Not once did I see him disrespect the staff by correcting them on food orders. He was straightforward in his decision-making and delivering customer satisfaction.
I am just disappointed.. I have a reason and the DQ store didn't care. The manager didnt even apologize, stop giving 3 cents worth of ice cream for discrepancies. It's an insult.

I had ordered 2 small blizzard and a regular cheese curd. Idk what the girl on the headset was on because when I got to the window and they handed me a small cup full of cheesecake pieces I was a bit confused. Then they said “oh that was a mistake” and handed me my blizzards and walked away. I sat there for a moment and she came back to the window and asked if I could pull forward. I asked if I was gonna get a refund and they said no. They charged me near $5 for a small cup of cheesecake pieces. A regular cheese curd is not $5 so I wanted the difference in a refund. I got my curds and drove home. Not coming back again.

Cones were great but we had to wait about 10 minutes for ice cream because they ran out and had to freeze some more. No biggie though, we had nowhere else to be.
