We ordered our food and waited 12 minutes until food was delivered, luke warm and stale. In waiting that long I thought it would have been different. We got the chicken strips and fries combo and ended up throwing it away. Disappointed and not what we get typically experience at other steak n shake restaurants. This was our second time here once dining in and once in the drive through both experiences lack luster and we won't be back.
