“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

“Just got carside to go. My order was ready at the time stated on online order. The person delivering it was pleasant and courteous. On arrival home, I was pleased to find everything packaged well so there was no spillage etc. cold things were cold and hot were hot. “The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“****DOES NOT RECOMMEND****Staying open till posted hours would be a huge improvement. We pulled up BEFORE closing time and they looked out the window and shut the lights off. We decided it must have been going to be too hard to get down off the counters where there was several employees sitting when we pulled in. And then as we pulled out, they all ducked down behind the counters. Its such a shame because DQ used to have good customer service. Hiring decent help would be a good place to start“

“We often place large orders at Wendy’s at night for the factory I work at. The team at Wendy’s in Jacksonville, Illinois is always AWESOME!! They never seem annoyed, always very friendly very happy to take the orders, our orders are always correct , and that is a BIG deal. Our typical order ranges from $60-$110, and to date we have never had a mistake , never had bad service , never been dissatisfied. Tonight my order was $90, I placed it in the drive thru as I had issues with the ap. When I told the person taking the order it was a big order, he said ok, let’s have it , no frustration, he didn’t rush me etc. which we deal with a lot at some restaurants. Wendy’s had that order perfectly made and I was on my way back to work in 12 minutes from the placing of the order to driving away. As always everything was exactly as ordered , they even take the time to bag combos in their own bag, and all of the like sandwiches etc together . I’m quick to complain , but I’m also quick to call out a CONSISTENT JOB WELL DONE!! Every time . We greatly appreciate all of you guys !!“
