I paid and ordered two gift certificates. They were never sent to me when I contested the charge. It went for a couple months and they got their money, but I never got the gift certificates.
The Dairy Queen in Fayetteville, TN is 100% pure T… TRASH.
12/23/25 to 04/17/26 visited five times.
5 out of 5 trips we are greeted with - “Sorry we are currently out of ice cream”.
Last night 04/17/26… we even called beforehand to see if “the ice cream place has ice cream”.. Whomever answered my call was on a concurrent call with DQ’s IT department for some password recovery methods.

****DOES NOT RECOMMEND****Staying open till posted hours would be a huge improvement. We pulled up BEFORE closing time and they looked out the window and shut the lights off. We decided it must have been going to be too hard to get down off the counters where there was several employees sitting when we pulled in. And then as we pulled out, they all ducked down behind the counters. Its such a shame because DQ used to have good customer service. Hiring decent help would be a good...read full review
