The complex flavors from the teas and pastries are an exceptional journey for the taste buds! Monica is super friendly!“

Not only is her work ethic good, but her customer service is so amazing that she treats me better than my husband does. “Going through town, I stopped. Great service. Friendly staff. Good prices. Disappointed that the loaf of bread and hamburger buns were moldy the day after I bought them, but yet 4 days from best by date. However it's a discount place and I live 3hrs away“

“love the lotus drinks! but the customer service not so much... I am aware I came through the drive thru at 540.. you close at 6. I was not the only customer though...there were 2 other cars. The young girl who was working the window,clearly, was not happy.. it was written all over her face.. not one half of a smile.. I am by myself and ordered 3 drinks, I have 2 cup holders, so I ask if there was a drink carrier, she nodded and closed the window, opened the window back up to get the drink that she had given me first to put back into the carrier, I said sorry for bothering you with that since she yet again had an attitude. she says absolutely nothing and hands me my drinks and shuts the window. It was a very cold interaction, my only guess is because I came through so close to closing time.. I am so very excited to have Haes come to sherman but I sure hope those kind of attitudes dont come with it.“

“Although coffee is good and staff cordial, beware that this business charges a "Non-Cash Adjustment" Fee when customers pay with a charge card. In addition to coffee, I bought merchandise totaling $25.00. I was charged $1.23 for using my charge card. I do NOT recall seeing a warning sign. Staff did NOT alert me to their policy. Disappointing experience.“

“Very welcoming and delicious coffee spot. My favorites are an egg and cheese breakfast croissant, and the sugar free Lotus which you can pick from a list or make your own. I have yet to find my favorite coffee drink, but they have adorable seasonal menus with new creations all the time. They also will give you a slight discount if you’re a healthcare worker!“
