“Welp ice cram is super yummy although its expensive and the portions are small. I feel like Im not getting my moneys worth. I want more yummy ice cream for the amount of money Im paying for it.I had an incident and the manager handled it and went above and beyond on making it right. She was amazing and i really appreciate how she handled the situation.I had apple pie ala cold stone and it was so so good and I reccomend it if you havent had it yet. The chocolate silk milkshake was good as well.I want to thank Coldatone for handling my situation and thank you for making it right. Im very pleased with the outcome and will return in the future“
“The husband ordered these for me and my new coworkers to enjoy before the New Year ended as a surprise. He was impressed with the delivery since he had to bump up the delivery an hour earlier than anticipated. The delivery person called and informed him they were dropped off. He was so impressed he called back or first day back from New Years for another delivery since some staff was out of office on the guest one. Everyone loved the taste and the size of the mini Bundt cakes. Great variety and a hit with everyone.“
