“I can honestly say Vele is the best fine dining experience I’ve ever had. The service, the food, everything is consistently incredible every single time we go. Yes, it’s on the pricier side, but it is so worth it. I’ve never had a bad meal here, and I’ve never had anything less than amazing service. Every dish I’ve tried has been absolutely divine. The Filet Mignon is my favorite and is 10/10 every single time. I celebrated a friend’s birthday there last night, and it was just another perfect experience. “This by far my favorite restaurant in Springfield. I am a frequent customer for both dinner and with coworkers for the lunch buffet. I especially like that the buffet always offers a different dish to try which helps me decided on what I will order from the dinner menu. Food is always freshly prepared and delicious. The service is excellent and the restaurant is spotlessly clean. The servers are attentive. I highly recommend Gateway to India.“

“Our first time to eat here but will be a regular for us anytime we are in Springfield. Loved the outside of the building before even stepping foot inside. And they do have outdoor dining. Our waitress was great at answering our questions and making recommendations. First off the beer was so cold and we loved the honey crisp cider! 🍺. Hubby went with the PonyShoe and said it was delicious. And he couldn’t finish it so glad she steered him from getting the larger HorseShoe. I went with the honey glazed salmon as I don’t get it very often and it was excellent. They were busy but we got our food in good time. A great experience!“

“Had to take a minute to say we were completely satisfied with our visit yesterday. Reading the reviews I did find a recurring complaint that I found unfortunate. Repeatedly customers complained about the length of time it took to recieve their food order. Well folks, as a former secret shopper may I remind you this is a restaurant that prepares your order when you order it. If you want fast food, pick a place that prepares food ahead of time and keeps it warm under a light.
And regarding prices? Market prices affect all of us.
