The food and drinks are great. We love Bill. He is such a hard worker and so friendly and helpful to everyone.
Not as nice as it used to be. The service was great and staff was very helpful. The restaurant was very dirty and they seemed very shorthanded Trash on the floor, bathrooms were disgusting and dark.
I was in the Springfield area for a conference and decided to stop at this Panera. Even though the drive-thru line was a little long, it was absolutely worth the wait. I had placed my order through the Panera app, so all I had to do at the drive-thru was give my name, which made the pickup process quick and convenient.
