Can I give negative stars?! I just had THE WORST customer service experience of my life. After being served stale pretzels, my husband and I returned them to be exchanged for fresher pretzels. If I’m going to pay $10 for two pretzels, I expect to enjoy them. Instead of politely exchanging our pretzels, the “manager” exclaims, “I just made those, but WHATEVER, just give them what they want!” We laid our old pretzels on the counter and started to walk away...I assumed...read full review
