Staff was kind but forgot half of our food(didn't charge us for it) and messed up all of our orders. Sadly I won't be back but thank you for being kind and polite regardless.

Waitresses we're amazing! After ordering it seemed like it took forever, come to find out their cook didn't show so the manager had to fill in. Then the waitress came out to say they had run out of French fries at 1pm on a Sunday afternoon. My friend ordered her usual breakfast which she was satisfied with. I ordered a new chicken dinner with a spicy sauce that was tasty hot but too much was used. I haven't been there in years so I will give it one more try. I tipped 5 bucks on a 18.00 order because of the waitress staff.

The service was awful. We were told it was a 15-20 minute wait. It ended up being 45-60. Then my son went up to the front counter to ask for a kids menu and two employees were standing right there and they proceeded to ignore him and ask the other people behind him if they needed help. This happened twice before i finally went up and said something. One of the girls was very obviously high as a kite. Then when we got seated we had to wait 20 mins for our drinks which were wrong. Our waitress never came back to check on us and i had to find someone to refill our drinks. This Waitress also looked like she was inebriated too. Worst service ever!!!

I’ve been to this Bob Evans before and the food was good. This time the food took a very long time to get and when I receive my food, I got scrambled eggs when it should’ve been over easy and everything seemed like it was under a heat lamp, not fresh. They could do better.

If you get Sarah or the crew during breakfast, your experience will be top-notch. Past 2pm, the experience declines dramatically and wouldn't waste your time even going.

You can kind of tell the host was new. That's the excuse I'm giving. He may also just be shy, but someone needs to teach him proper customer service. He'll improve, I'm sure. Be patient with him. One thing someone has to teach him is you don't rush too far ahead of the customer and just toss the menus on the table and keep walking. That's just plain rude.

If I could give 0 stars I would definitely do so.. service was horrible food was just as bad.. nothing about our order was right the first time and when I spoke to the manager about it he acted like we had had the best experience in the world and making up lies.. literally had to ask for my side salad which finally came after food.. then the drinks set empty almost whole time we were there.. once we were done we once again had to ask for our desserts.. never again.. might try the one on the other side of town next time but not going back there ever
I was looking forward to a nice comfort food meal just before Thanksgiving. I was greeted by a table full of amazing pies as I walked in. Much to my disappointment, they could not seat me because they did not have enough staff to serve me. I had to do takeout instead. It was alright.

Traveling through the area and had tried their food that is offered through the grocery store so we figured we would try the restaurant as well. I had the salad and soup combo with a side of fresh fruit. The value was great the food was great, unfortunately the fruit was not. I began eating it, and had no issue until I got to a rotten grape and saw a bug as well. It was takeout and we don't have these restaurants in Texas so unfortunately it won't do any good to complain.

Had an awesome waitress by the name of Michelle....she put up with a group of 8 adults that were on their way to Uranus and she provided fabulous service and witty comments back to us.....she deserves a huge shout out for her great service
