How do you remain in business. Had two dinners brought out at different times and waited for the last two dinners that were not what was ordered. We were charged full price after being told we’d be charged half price for the incorrect meals even half would’ve been too much and we didn’t get a discount. I felt bad for the waitresses and hope they move to a real restaurant they won’t make any money where they are.

Beautiful, delicious, friendly. I absolutely loved this place. Try the zucchini bites, they're life changing. A little pricey but the quality is beyond worth it.

Been wanting to try this place for awhile. Finally got a shot at it this week. The food was good, but expensive for what it was. The staff was great. Very attentive. And the food wasn’t bad, don’t get me wrong. It was good. But nothing stood out that made me feel I really needed to come back for the price.

It was my first time at Boccardi’s for dinner. The food was absolutely delicious and large portions. The service was great and everyone was very friendly. They were also thoughtful and made my solo dinner very nice on the patio with lights, chair covers, and candles. The price was worth it and typical for food in in Springfield… and compared to other Italian restaurants in the area, Boccardi’s was superior and should be packed on weekends.

My wife and I were there last evening, Saturday, March the 22nd., and there were well over forty of us in the group. The atmosphere was perfect, and the service was perfection. In addition to that, the owner of the restaurant was genuine and helpful, and an extremely wonderful person. I wish everyone was just like her! We will most definitely be returning there! It's a nice building with a decent atmosphere. Extremely loud inside. I didnt even know they were playing music until we were leaving. Plastic table clothes covered nice fsbric table clothes. The food was average, the cost was above average. The wait staff was friendly but very unorganized.

The food was delicious, fresh & beautifully presented! Really enjoyed the spinach, broccoli, mushroom risotto, the portobello ravioli & the eggplant Parmesan. Great vegetarian & fish options.

Everything we had tonight was delicious and the service was awesome. Desserts were amazing! I highly recommend this restaurant.

My wife decided to try this place last night(jan 18th). We arrived at the restaurant at 740pm with 1 table being occupied and most of the lights off. We were greeted promptly and seated quick. We were seated right next to the bar. The waiter brought water, drinks and rolls to the table pretty quick but the rolls were rock hard. We placed our food order within 10 min of being seated. We ordered 2 specials. The waiter checked on us quite often but it took about 45 min to get our food. While we were waiting i noticed the waiter sitting on the couch behind us on his cell phone, putting his feet up on the couch, sitting on the counter watching the game on the TV and kept rubbing his face and mouth.
Once we received our food, the first couple bites were hot then we noticed that it was cold in the middle like it was put in the oven from frozen!. If I'm paying $40 for a plate of food maybe make sure its hot and not made from frozen. We also received dessert with the special (lemicello cake). The first bite was warm and then it was cold, towards the middle! So as we were finishing our desert all the lights were turned off, the music was turned off and the fireplace place was turned off . Why are you turning everything off while customers are stilling the lobby? $105 dollars . We expected food alot better.

The food was fantastic! And the portions for large enough to have dinner the next night on leftovers. It was our first time and we were very happy we went. There was even a small screwup with our friends order and the wrong dish came out. He didn’t care because it was great! Then at the end they brought out the one he did order in a to-go container. Very nice of them.

Very good little spot over by Showplace 12! Tasty food. Great atmosphere! Everyone was very nice. This is a hidden gem!

My wife and I will return for date night!
