Great food and service. Stop by for an event near Capital Complex and this restaurant was the closest. It didn’t disappoint, the staff were amazing and the food was also Great. Had the Jumbo, wings and mushroom were amazing. Whenever Im back at the capital, I will stop by Boones.

Server was scarce and got our order wrong and no refills. I ordered the pork tenderloin with waffle fries and got regular French fries. The pork tenderloin was smaller than the bun and my reply was where's the pork tenderloin? which was supposed to have been on a Toasted Bun as it said on the menu but not even warmed. My friend ordered the fish with waffle fries and got chips and was told that, that is how it comes and if she wanted waffle fries she would have to order a basket of them.

The food was bland, tasteless, and dry. Service was mediocre and took a long time for anything, at no point were we asked if we wanted a refill on drinks. There were 2 other tables in our areas and there server was attentive, ours was never around.
The floor was clean, however that didnt stop a bunch of fruit flies from buzzing around us the whole time. If we had been at the bar near the fruit and syrups it would have been understandable.
I ordered the Carolina chicken salad, and there were more croutons than chicken, my dressing was incorrect, the chicken had zero seasoning or hot Carolina sauce.
I've been here multiple times to give it another chance and generally the service is good but the food usually sucks.

We just happened in, didn’t know much about it. The atmosphere is fun, there was a live musician which was an awesome surprise. The food was really good, with some German flair on the menu. Great drink selection. Our waitress was knowledgeable about the menu and had great customer service. We will be back!
