Tried to use the drive thru today at 1pm and they told me they were short staffed so I would have to come inside to order. Make that make sense. Their was no one in the drive thru and if anyone was inside it was 2 people. Makes no sense drove off I have a 2 yr old which is why i was using the drive thru for

30min in the drive through is insanity, especially when it's constantly this bad. I can't imagine the cost of food they're throwing out because of people giving up and leaving. It's nuts! Maybe 30% of the line leaves at this point.Get it together

Pleasantly surprised twice! I usually end up getting fast food at odd times. (Not lunch or dinner time) When I do, I have come to expect mediocre food and cold fries. My first trip to this BK was at 10:30 at night. I ordered a whopper jr. and onion rings. The service was incredible. I received my food rather quickly so I was shocked and pleasantly surprised when my onion rings were hot! ? I ventured there again tonight around 8:30 to see if it was a fluke. Again I was greeted with an employee that seemed to love her job. I ordered my Whopper Jr. and onion rings along with a sweet tea. There were a few cars ahead of me so the wait was a bit longer. When I received my meal it was good and warm. I imagine the onion rings would have been hotter if I wasn’t waiting on the cars ahead of me. The worker was very friendly. I will be back to this BK.

One of the people in the front has not only a bad attitude but a terrible one. She's heavy set. It's like the customer is an inconvenience to her. However. There's a young lady who's tall with red hair that is a very pleasant person. I'd be ok with the food if they'd get it right.

Honestly the nicest staff for a fastfood restaurant in springfield. I wouldn't go to any burger king in Springfield except the one on the corner of south grand and Dirkse,, but if you have time and would just like to order, listen to music in your car and relax this restaurant has really good people.

I ordered Bacon ? King combo 3 for 37.89. Costed more to add lettuce and tomatoes on 2. Get home no lettuce and tomatoes and they won't answer the phone hardly any bacon on the sandwiches. Asked for mayo only and there is ketchup . Thumbs down ?
