Jose (Rivera I think?) is terribly lazy, rude, & displays horrible customer service skills. He closed the restaurant 35 minutes early & refused to make the food that I had already paid for via mobile order. He then refused to give me the corporate phone # so that I couldn't file a complaint. I let it slide & decided not to complain. However, I went back tonight & he decided to come to the window to hand me my food with a dirty look on his face & said "wow buddy look who's still working here? Guess they didn't care about your little complaint"... this guy is a scumbag & should not have any kind of customer service job.

Stopped by the drive thru yesterday (03/11/24) during lunch. The lady that took my order had a very pleasant voice, was friendly and professional. When the manager brought out my food.... he noticed my Army Black Knight military hat and thanked me for my service. WOW!!!! We need more employees like these two....thank you both for your kindness. And....the food was great!

Attitudes and lack of wanting to work! Was waiting in line at the drive-thru and waited 10 minutes and nothing. Went inside and got attitudes, so I just left. Didn't come to deal with attitudes.This Burger King is gonna end up closing due to customer service, and there for they lose money.

Went inside. The lady putting orders together looked at me 3 times and didn't say a word. Man at prep was cursing talking about other employees. He then went out for a cigarette. I decided to leave and held the door for the order prep lady to take orders out to cars, she just went right by me and didn't say a word. The location has tanked. Would be a negative number if I could.

when said hello at drive through lady was abrupt and rude. We were rushed and when we asked for a mayo packet she rolled her eyes..poor service, food..nuggets over cooked and fries undercooked. Note were only ones in line.
