Not a very good experience. Poor service...waited on staff to take our order. They looked at us multiple times with no acknowledgement. Order was incorrect once we finally received it. Food quality was poor. Greasy burger. Stale bun. Will not return to this location.

Me and a friend combined ordered about $60 worth of food and upon ariving home my mom bit into her whopper and started choking. When I asked her what was wrong and she said "hot" so I tasted it to see and it was indeed very spicy. I called and asked what they did to my food and was told "oh that shouldn't be on there" and that it was the hot sauce they use on breakfast burritos!!! So someone purposely put hot sauce on my burger and then I was offered a replacement as if I would go back and eat from the same place that just intentionally put something in my food. I was gonna take legal action because my mom CAN NOT have spicy foods but instead I'll just leave a review to let the corporate office know what has taken place. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I don't know what was going on that night that we stopped in while traveling, but the service was very slow, and the outside sign lights were off at 730 pm. at night. Took 20 minutes to get my order taken. I assume they were short-handed.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The staff in the Northfield location is so rude. I went thru the drive thru on Saturday, September 23rd around 11:30. This is lunch time and they were a bit busy but not terribly busy. You could hear the woman taking my order sighing on the other end of the speaker as I was placing my order. Then at the window I paid for my order and they immediately told me to pull to the third window, which was no big deal, I had a $40 order so I understand that takes a few extra minutes. The woman who brought my order to the window basically threw the bag at me and slammed the window shut. I checked the bag and sure enough there were items missing from my order. I sat at the window and when the woman came back to see what I needed, her very sarcastic response was "Is there something I can do for you?" Then I was told to pull around so they could take car of the car behind me. As if all of this wasn't enough, I got home and the sandwiches I ordered were not the sandwiches that were in the bag. No one takes time to check these orders anymore and no one takes the time to simply say, Thank you, Have a good day. Such is the world we are living in these days!

I’ve been going to this burger king for at least 10 years because it was consistently made, I knew what to expect and I enjoyed eating their burgers and fries. For the last 6 months or so not one time have they prepared the whopper junior right. Today iced the cake for me and I won’t be back. I ordered a whopper junior without onion, tomato or pickle. What i got was a whopper regular size with a mound of mayo and cheese. And it wasn’t even cooked all the way thru, it was actually pink. I thought i would throw up. So, I went back thru the drive up. They replaced it with…another whopper with a mound of mayo, some ketchup and lettuce this time and cheese. And it was pink in the middle. GOOD GRIEF HOW HARD IS IT TO LISTEN, TAKE AN ORDER, GET IT RIGHT AND COOK A BURGER??? I dropped 12 $ on food I threw away. Last time. Now we need to find another burger joint. I guess the people that work there don’t care about the quality of their work. Nasty all around.

What a joke. Park the car and try to dine in, no sign on the door, doors are locked. Head to the drive through and they try to tell me I can have only 3 burgers instead of the 6 I want because they are short staffed. I don’t mind waiting an extra couple minutes and I offer to wait. Besides me, the drive through is empty just like their parking lot not sure how making 6 vs 3 makes any difference when nobody else is waiting. Didn’t end up with any food, just attitude. Give your money to Arbys next door. They know how to treat their customers.
