I don't know what was going on that night that we stopped in while traveling, but the service was very slow, and the outside sign lights were off at 730 pm. at night. Took 20 minutes to get my order taken. I assume they were short-handed.
I have not had a bad experience at this Burger King in quite a few years. And, thanks to one of the drive-thru attendants, I tried tomatoes on my Whoppers for the first time ever. And now I will never go back to not having tomatoes. Thank you

Not a very good experience. Poor service...waited on staff to take our order. They looked at us multiple times with no acknowledgement. Order was incorrect once we finally received it. Food quality was poor. Greasy burger. Stale bun. Will not return to this location.
