Laying over in Springfield on our trip home and had Chadito's pop up near our motel so we decided to give it a try so we could sit and relax after getting off the road. Food was excellent (Sancho, taco salad, apple churro chips)! Prices were very good, as well. Nice menu variety and nice menu for toddlers (quesadilla.)Service was fine. Glad we checked our order before leaving because the chips and salsa we ordered didn't make the bag.Biggest frustration was that their dining room wasn't open. Wouldn't have had to worry as much about checking bags if we didn't have to get it "to go." Glad we did the "walk-up" instead of "drive-thru."We would eat there again. As mentioned, the food was great! Just hope that we don't have to take it back to a tiny motel room to enjoy next time.

First time visiting not sure I'll return.If ordering at 730p is not allowed or inconvenient when business closes at 8p.Please respectfully say so, angrily yelling at your servers loud enough to be heard from the drive-through looks poorly on the business and causes the customer (me) to feel as though I've done something wrong.

Chadito's.... WOW!I LOVE those handheld Sanchos! I use to live near Springfield IL but moved away. Now I only get Chadito's once every few years when passing through. I miss them so much. Now I load up a cooler and take some to go.I get the beef with medium sauce. Mmmm so good!!!
Just open your dining room already. Playing Covid instead of hiring staff is poor practice. The “please walk around the front to a side window” experience is frankly apathetic and a poor business move. All summer you have turned away walk ups, cyclists, and people that want to dine with you. Six orders a day would support having your dining room open with ebitdar and labor costs.

My burrito was good, but my fiance got the Pulled Pork Nachos and the pork was perfect, likely the best Pulled Pork I've ever had. I only wish the inside had been open, however I understand staffing issues and longer lasting COVID restrictions. I will definitely go again and I will make sure to try something else with the pork!
