Food was not very good. Very bland. Ordered a oreo blizzard and received a strawberry shake. The wait was so long by that point. I didn't say anything and sad part is the shake was the only good thing despite me not ordering it. Maybe next trip will be better.

Food's decent as fair as fast food goes. Blizzards are always a good option.Service through the drive through is usually terrible. Multiple trips through where you're greeted with "What do you want" and after ordering each item you get a "That it?". Very unprofessional and not friendly in the slightest.

Horrible service. Went through drive through and ordered chicken strips. The girl was confused and charged us for chicken salads. We tried to explain that isn’t what we ordered. Another woman came to the window and started yelling at us. She said she had to have our sundae flavors. We didn’t order ice cream. She kept yelling. I requested a refund. She said she gave us one but wouldn’t give us proof. I asked for a manager. I was told she was a manager. She refused to give me her name and then started calling me names. Very rude, unprofessional, and horrible service. We will definitely watch our credit cards closely after that exchange.

Ordered a medium peanut butter chocolate shake. Got a small chocolate shake. The people don't know what they're doing. But what do you expect from a place that allows the grill cook to wear sunglasses to act "cool". And these people think they deserve more money???
Got food poisoning from the chicken. But also everytime I go through the drive thru the teenager that is working the window is always rude either doesn't talk to you, tell you your total, or any sort of manners. I try not to go anymore if I can help it because the atmosphere from these kids is just so disappointing.

I am just disappointed.. I have a reason and the DQ store didn't care. The manager didnt even apologize, stop giving 3 cents worth of ice cream for discrepancies. It's an insult.

Don't waste your timeand money, went there on 9/14/2023 at 8:08pm and that place was disgusting, tables was dirty, sticky floor, and employees was just playing Grab ass, on their cell phones. And as for the food its disgusting, my Cheese burger was microwaved to be reheated and tuff as can be, mentioned to the girl that waited on us she says that's the cooks fault it's not mine, really? The Cheeseburger looked liked slop. Manager needs to step up to the plate and get their employees some training how to do things, or find a new job. Owner should be notified. Dairy Queen went down hill workers don't care, I had to give it a one star cause it wouldn't let me give a negative star. D. H.
