I've given Dominos a lot of business over the years. I placed a 62.00 order 12 days ago. I clicked on the emergency free pizza. I went to claim it when I ordered tonight. Nope not there!!!. Called the store..absolutely no help!!! Then called again and it sent me overseas..Ridiculous!!!!. What happened to Dominos??? Terrible customer service.
Actually last time I was super upset about the pizza I had received was super dry and in frustration I reached out to customer service for refund. they gave me store credit. And this time the pizza was super awesome. not dry at all, and the store staff even let me change the pizza sauce in the last minute.
