Drive through area overrun with trash that isn't from the restaurant. However, it's still not pleasant to see. Drive though service was backed up and it took about 3 times as long as it should to get one drink. Almost not worth it.

The so-called "manager" on staff this morning was an absolute psycho. I waited over 25 minutes for 2 items in a mobile order and when I confronted an employee about it for the second time she proceeded to scream at her employees in front of a lobby full of customers. They were busy so I was trying to be understanding of the situation, but she made me feel so uncomfortable like I was some kind of inconvenience although I was patiently waiting for my order? She got me so worked up that I couldn't even enjoy my food once it was finally ready, instead here I am writing a pointless review because I doubt the establishment will even do anything about it. Thankfully, I'm not from the area and never have to deal with her trashy service again. She is an absolute mess, and she needs to be fired. Those employees don't deserve to be treated like that, and neither do the customers. I know rush hour can be stressful as I used to work at a coffee shop myself, but please go get yourself evaluated, ma'am.

I had placed and ordered for pickup later in the day so they could get all the donuts ready beforehand. We knew that the heart-shaped donuts may be out of stock, but when I showed up they had virtually NONE of the donuts we ordered. They were ALL listed as available on the app. We ordered as many non-valentine's day donuts as we could because we knew they'd probably be low.They only had ONE of the donuts we ordered. Instead of alerting me beforehand, they waited until we had gone out of our way to pick them up to tell us that they were out. They should have cancelled the order when it came in, but they instead wasted our time and money.When I asked for a refund I was given a written number to call. I was on hold for 20 minutes, standing in the store. We've been contacted saying that they're gonna try to make things right, hopefully they do but until that happens this review will be staying right here!

Drive thru is almost always packed, but if you order ahead and just do a counter pick up pretty fast. Friendly staff. Must be doing something right, I keep going back.

The sweet man who was just working, let me try a red velvet donut, after overhearing me tell someone about it, while we waited. What a sweet gesture and it was fresh tasting and amazing! I think my mother, who loved that flavor when she was alive, would have really enjoyed that!! Hospitality is so nice, in such an otherwise cold, impersonal world! Thank you for every little bit of kindness shared. ?✨

These are the slowest, most unmotivated employees I've ever seen. Be prepared to wait 20 min for a microwave sandwich when there is no one else there to be served. Go anywhere else but

They were out of cold coffee at 3:00 in the afternoon so I guess you got to go earlier. I drove all the way across town to get this one particular drink and then only to find they were out of cold coffee which I would think they would have all day.

This location is always extremely slow. Their drive thru employees never say "thank you". The food is mediocre at best, and I had the worst coffee of my life here. Absolute foul.Once about two years ago when it just opened, I went inside. Mistake. I've worked in fast food before and it was so infuriating watching people simply standing around doing nothing. This location is really in a hole, I hope it gets better.

App once again unworkable and trying to argue with the Arabs that run it is a useless cause.I have yet to get any rewards off the purchases so it's kinda worthless to me especially when the coffee is always lukewarm. I guess I'm the only one who still prefers their coffee HOT and at some Starbucks I have to say EXTRA hot cuz their idea of hot is not hot enough for me but it is hotter than Dunkin. I even loaded more money onto the worthless card but will never use it unless cannot find a Starbucks in town cuz just not worth it when the app doesn't seem to work with me or the staff.The only thing good I can say about this business is that the coffee is cheaper and they have donuts but right down the street they have a drive through MELLO CREAME place....so I'd rather have them than Dunkin. Also they have really good cups and lids (the lid a bit tricky to remove) so I don't get why the coffee is so lukewarm like for a child...compared to Starbucks cups which do not have insulation and fold easily if gripped too tightly.Now I know why it's always empty over there .After I drink the lukewarm coffee down, which didn't amount too much, I mean because the medium almost looks the same as a large, but I went through a Starbucks on the way back and actually got a hot coffee and it's still sitting on my end table and when I get there, it'll still be hot .Do the people that run the restaurants or the businesses in town own these restaurants and businesses because they act like they do?

I was assaulted there was a hot, medium coffee crazy manager sort at me because she didn't like what I was saying she is reckless she's going to give somebody a heart attack by doing that to people. What else has she done that the folks in at the same time, the cameras weren't working when the police came to see the video, it is a bunch of bullshit if you get hurt there they're gonna tell you the cameras are not working Mr. Patel do something with your employees. I am going to contact a lawyer and I am going to contact the Attorney General Monday. I have a police report of what she done to me she lied she said I assaulted at one I never did. Please do not go there. She swore terrible in front of children. Everything threaten me with a gun. Telling me she's hood I thought yeah you look like the hood the rock you cross from under don't go there very disrespectful and I paid for that coffee. She's Ravi, a medium hot coffee so she assaulted me with a stolen coffee. She stole my coffee and threw it at me.

This Dunkin gets my order wrong a majority of the time. The people working there are very unprofessional. There’s a mother and daughter who are constantly yelling at each other and sometimes the woman’s husband likes to come in at 6 am screaming at his wife so loudly I can hear every word from my car in the drivethru. The men that work there are the only ones with any sort of manners.

This location gets my order wrong nine times out of ten. But the biggest problem I have is the customer service. If you go here you're most likely going to be met with attitide. After many bad encounters u am writing a review. I placed a mobile order that was confirmed at the window by a girl that sounded angry. She handed me an incorrect drink and shut the window without a word. I had more to the order and the drink was wrong but I was unable to get her attention. She was too busy leaning on the counter on her phone. I have lost a lot of money from incorrect orders that they wouldn't fix. I am referred to customer service. I wouldn't recommend contacting them either. I was trying to get assistance from them to get my refund for items that were wrong and they argued with me about it not being their issue for 2 weeks!!! Then ignored further emails.
