1st time at a place like this where the "grill" was in the center of our table. We really enjoyed ourselves. My only concern was handling raw meat, which I chose to just accept and move forward. They also gave us the "all you can eat" menu, I had to ask for the menu I saw online. There were 5 of us, 2 got "ayce" meat, 1 got "ayce" sushi, and two ordered off the menu (1 meat choice instead of smaller portions of at least 10-12 meat choices). We were provided a ton of food. Only sushi girl ordered more (twice), and she was stuffed. It was fun cooking and sharing food. I suggest, unless you have some really big eaters, that everyone order something different off the regular menu and than share (for the meat, not if getting sushi). You get some of several kinds, still be stuffed. We left alot of rice and vegetables on the table, just couldn't eat it all. We don't live in Springfield, tried it on a whim for something different, and do plan to go back. We went at 3pm on a Saturday, only a few tables occupied when we got there but when we left at 430pm, it was starting to get busy.

We have never been to a Korean BBQ before. This was such a great experience and the staff was super friendly. Our server was fanominal. Our kids enjoyed the all you can eat sushi while we all had the k BBQ. Food was delish.

Just got home from Empire. We were celebrating my birthday(party of 8). They put us in our own private area which is good cause we are loud after several drinks. All the food was amazing, and there was alot of it. Most of us just ate sushi and every roll was great. The Wasabi was on point and the guys that had the meat loved it. The place is super clean, smells amazing, and the food came without much of a wait. Kevin was our server, and i believe hes also the manager, but he made an already great night out with friends that much more special. We will now be calling ahead to make sure that kevin is available(not sure hes gonna be as excited to see us). However he now understands the importance of a lime in a light beer. Lol. Thanks to everyone at Empire that made tonight unforgetable. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend
