Ordered the 5 pcs chicken tenders combo parmesean sauced w Cajun ranch fries. Service was on point. 20 min from time of order, to time to eat. I even inquired about their new online ordering and he showed me how to use it. Come here if your hungry, portions will fill you up! Don't be skittish cause of the neighborhood, just don't leave your car running unlocked and unattended lol

Do not go here in the morning or you will get old chicken from the day before. Even if you ask for it to be cooked fresh. I wasted $70. The chicken was old and nasty. This is not the second time this has happened. Never again!!

My Uber cancelled on me 2 minutes before arriving to pick me up from work n take me to pick my food up. Well I had to wait for another one which look 16 minute so I got to the store at quarter to when I got there one of the cooks in the back looks like he wanted to literally slipped my throat and then got smart when I asked how long it was gonna be because I didn’t want my Uber to pull away. I just wanted to let them know how long the wait was, and he proceeded to tell me he should’ve just gave me cold food because I didn’t appreciate him warming my food up. I’ll never go back.

Ordered lunch today for a shop party and it was amazing!! The wings were hot and flavorful we ordered 100 of them with garlic parm, mild, and lemon pepper and they were hands down the Best wings in springfield.. The owner and his staff definitely know customer service and took great care of us. 100% reccomend and we will definitely be coming back soon.

Gotta be the best and cleanest in Springfield.

Bought chicken and cheese burger online received my chicken. Omg was it smelling spoiled . I called to tell them and for refund and yelled at me. Go somewhere else.

The service here is terrible — they tell you to wait 20 minutes, but don’t prepare your food until you get there. I stated my order twice over the phone, and multiple times in person and the cashier still intended to argue with me when I told him the order was wrong. I wouldn’t have minded the error if the food was prepared when I arrived; instead I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my food to be prepared and another 5 minutes to fix my wrong order.The food is good, but overall bad customer service.
