Ordered lunch today for a shop party and it was amazing!! The wings were hot and flavorful we ordered 100 of them with garlic parm, mild, and lemon pepper and they were hands down the Best wings in springfield.. The owner and his staff definitely know customer service and took great care of us. 100% reccomend and we will definitely be coming back soon.

Bought chicken and cheese burger online received my chicken. Omg was it smelling spoiled . I called to tell them and for refund and yelled at me. Go somewhere else.

The service here is terrible — they tell you to wait 20 minutes, but don’t prepare your food until you get there. I stated my order twice over the phone, and multiple times in person and the cashier still intended to argue with me when I told him the order was wrong. I wouldn’t have minded the error if the food was prepared when I arrived; instead I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my food to be prepared and another 5 minutes to fix my wrong order.The food is good, but overall bad customer service.

The female at the register that take order is nice and friendly as well. The nacho n cheese is good. The catfish fillet are really good as the chicken wings too.
They are starting to get arrogant and rude and their ? was light pink when I looked at it. The lady that's always back there throwing the ? up in the flour she was laughing about a question I asked. I mean are you that happy you can fry ??. I can cook the hell out of anything and cooking ? is a breeze so don't get it twisted thinking I have to eat your half done food. You guys need to train your puppets at the counter!!!

I get home and it was not done I call them and told them. Guess what they told me when I told them I had to come back to work they said if u can’t leave work and bring it back then they can’t make it over wow

Doesn't look like much, but this place has amazing boneless wings. We also love their cajun fries! Sooo good. Service is friendly. Close to my house so that's a plus for me. We usually call our order in ahead of time so that we can just pick up without having to wait.
