Ordered a #9 toasted Received a ham onion and pickle sandwich with a very small piece of roast beef on it, cold After removing a good amount of onions the sandwich was eatable but not what I ordered. This location seems to be slacking

Food was great. Ordered a pizza sub and a brownie. Delicious. However one of the workers was mopping by my table and I got seriously cropdusted. I saw her laughing afterwards. I hope it wasn't intentional.

Still the best sub I've ever had. I recommend the Italian or the Reuben. Great service. Amazing food!! I can't wait to return to Springfield to have this again!! Got Head West Subs 3 times this trip. :) Just find a location and EAT!!
