Waiting 20 min for my sub while multiple people walk in, order and get theirs, while I still wait. Clearly a personal issue or incompetence issue. Either way. It sucks so bad I will drive all the way across town, get my sandwiches and still be home in time to eat and get back to work. Can't say that for this one, and I live 3 houses away from it.

Great spot but careful if you order on the kiosk as most menu items were not listed or easily seen. I also was asked to tip when I placed my own order, picked it up and cleaned it up myself… come on people! Where’s my tip? Other than that, excellent food!!

I've enjoyed Head West Subs since I was first introduced almost 20 years ago. The bread is scrumptious, the meats are fresh and high quality, as are the toppings. Their soup is excellent and they usually have several available. There's now a convenient preorder kiosk inside, so you can order, pay, sit down and relax while the food is made to order.
