Got the turkey and provolone on sweet bread & Mac and cheese. My husband got the Roast beef and cheddar and a small garden salad. Sandwiches were amazing as always but the Mac and cheese is TRASH absolutely disgusting. You can literally taste the uncooked flour in it and it was cold! Also the people making the sandwich rushed me out like I had to tell them 5 times what I wanted because they were going way too fast and there was no one else in there but me! And once I got to the car I realized they left out the Mac and cheese, which I wish I didn’t get. I will try this location again just because it’s next to my house but I’ve been to other shops with much better customer service. I love head west but they could have done it differently. Also $6 for a small literal lettuce salad is kind of ridiculous. And one dressing isn’t enough especially for that price.

Now this is one real sandwich place. This pastrami was great. Fresh bread! And unlike the chain sub shops, who will remain nameless, there's way more meat and fixings than bread. And believe it or not the staff here actually look you in the eye and smile. Great job to whoever runs this establishment.

I've never used Yelp before, so you should trust the fact that my sub was so good I decided to leave a 5 star review on yelp.
Headwest… where do I begin? This establishment is one I frequent often. Perhaps it’s because of the sandwhich quality or perhaps it’s because the owners eldest son always makes me attend. This one time Chris farted so loud I had to change my own pants. We are trying to go to the gym at least 5 times a week as you can see the progress in the posted pic below. If Chris can step up his bench press I truly believe there’s nothing we can’t accomplish. I’ll be honest I forgot I was leaving a food review for a second… go eat at headwest it’s good. You’re welcome Bluhm family.

I absolutely love a good sandwich and Head West offers some of the best. I love their menu, period, the sandwiches, the soups and the chips...every time, hands down without a doubt, I've never had a bad experience and some of the soups they will serve as a blend 1/2 and 1/2. I didn't think it would work so I secretly took home two different soups and mixed them...I was humming and singing. That soup was delicious. So be on the look out for their recommended soup blends. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

We’ve loved headwest for years, tonight probably ruined it for us. We called at 7:45 to confirm that the store was open until 9PM. Showed up at 8:20 and the store was closed- guy decided to close early. Refused to open back up to serve us. We understand that short staffing and circumstances happen, but either adjust your hours or hire more staff and pay them accordingly. Absolutely ridiculous
