If you’re in the area, go to the Hen House for breakfast. This family run place is authentic and the food is literally served up hot and fresh. The portion sizes are very filling - you won’t leave hungry. The decor is kitschy with hens, farm and country. There is a small gift snip tucked in the corner with books, small home decor items and candy. The food is good and portions sizeable. I would give a higher rating if the bathrooms hadn't been so dirty and cold. In the middle of a pandemic someone should be able to wash their hands in a relatively clean place. The food did come out super fast and it was all fresh and tasted good.
Food was very delicious. The bacon had good flavor and thwie biscuits and gravy were fulfilling. The coffee cups on the table were dirty so we had to request a different set. Their milk creamer was also expired. The service wasn't too great, but the food was delicious.
