Was taken to our table and never saw our server again. Waited 20 mins. And didn't even get our drink orders two other tables that came in after us were seated and drinks ordered. We got up to leave and no one even cared. This was my first time back at hooter in nearly 20 yrs. Guess I'll try again in 2044.

Waitress was great but the kitchen crew was not cutting it. We were one of many tables that got our fries well after the rest of the meal had come out. We actually never got one of our two fry orders. Nothing came out of the kitchen with the dipping sauces for our appetizers or the actual meals.

Food was good. Wings were perfectly cooked. Curly fries were disappointing. They were cooked well and tasted good, but small portion for $5 and they were broken pieces, no curls. We got the garlic parm, medium, and honey Sriracha flavored wings. The medium was my favorite. One major complaint, you really, really have to do something with the pot smoking employees. I don't care that they smoke pot, but it reeks and we almost turned around and left when we walked in and the entrance smelled terrible, and discussed leaving after we were seated when a particularly odorous employee stood nearby. It was really, really bad.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible and regular tables to roll a wheelchair up to.

My Opinion:I love Hooters. Understanding their target market and demographics regardless of location or time Hooters consistently delivers. It’s clear their corporate training procedures and processes are top self because there’s no way to get the consistency from location to location that you get from Hooters without it.My Experience:The employees are always attentive, the food is very consistent and the staff is always kid friendly. Rarely do you wait longer than 4-5 min before placing a drink order etc.Under Rated Food Items:The 2 most underrated items are the buffalo shrimp, peel & eat shrimp and their snow crab legs. The snow crab legs are by far the best value on their menu.Kid-friendliness: Solid kids menu and the staff is welcoming towards family’s.

We went to the hooter in Springfield Illinois and waited 20 minutes. No body came up to us to ask us for our drink oder or food order. Not very impressed with them. We ended up leaving and went to another restaurant. Probably won't be back

Food was good, but takeout order was quite late in being available. Best wings in town. I still don't get the waitresses' outfits. Isn't it 2024? But they were friendly.

Emily B is a great server. Very nice and efficient. She is very knowledgeable of the menu. Emily answered mine and my wife’s questions with detailed answers and a smile. We didnt have to ever ask for refills on drinks or for anything else. She was on top of it. If you visit here I recommend asking for her. You won’t be disappointed with Emily’s service. I give her 5 stars because I can’t give 6 stars. The restaurant as a whole was clean and the menus were spotless with no greasy fingerprints or stuck on “gunk”.The food was good. Came out quick, but it was sort of dead because of the time of day we came. I cannot speak to when it’s very busy. But, overall I was very satisfied with the timing. The atmosphere was 5 stars until…The downside… the chefs in the back of the house were playing music so loud it could clearly be heard even over the front of the house music which was loud itself (that’s the atmosphere Hooters is known for and I’m fine with that). The back of the house music was so clear that my kids could hear every word. Unfortunately the music was using swear words and other bad words which is absolutely unacceptable in a restaurant setting. There is no reason for playing music that uses those awful words in a restaurant that serves children. I asked one of the servers (not Emily because she was busy helping her other guests) to have them turn their music down. They did, but one of the chefs came out and stared me down. I felt very uncomfortable and after that I did not enjoy my time. I’m not sure that we will be back because of this.Edit: Manager (not sure of his name) is amazing! Has impeccable integrity. We left something there and nothing was gone from it and he even locked it up in his office. Added one more star to my overall experience because of Emily and the manager.
