Salad was good and so were the French fries but my burger was messed up.. ordered western bbq burger with no onions or bacon and received a burger that tasted like it had jalapeño sauce on it very very hot and spicy which was first time it’s tasted this way and I’ve had this burger multiple times and it was never this hot!
Staff was polite and made sure we had everything we needed. I had Baja Shrimp Tacos, they were awesome. My 9yr son had steamed shrimp, they were a little spicy for him but he ate them all and we had a good father and son meal.
Great food and people
Hooters serves a mix of hits and misses. While some dishes, like the salad, French fries, Baja Shrimp Tacos, and wings, are delicious, others, like the western bbq burger, can be inconsistent. The staff is generally polite and attentive, ensuring customers have everything they need. Despite being understaffed, the small Springfield location manages to serve food quickly and competently. Highlights include the wings with mild sauce and buffalo shrimp, which are surprisingly good together. Overall, Hooters is a decent spot for a meal, but be prepared for some variability in food quality.
