Do not order to-go. We’ve tried to order online from here twice… and both times it didn’t work and we ended up waiting for over 30minutes for the food once we arrived with some sort of excuse about the online thing not working that day.None of the phone numbers work to call in food or to check on the order. The food here is great but obviously something is lacking on the management side and I would definitely only dine in and not try to order to-go.

Management has changed and the new Management is not upto the mark. Google will say they are open but they will be closed. Google will say they have buffet but if you come they will say we dont have buffet. The phone number displayed on google is not their number and you can't call them. Not who they used to be any more . :(

Sadly was excited to try this restaurant out, ordered online and when we arrived the place was closed with no indication otherwise while still processing and charging us for the $90 order. Additionally there's no working contact information so there is no way of getting in touch with them to resolve the issue. Cannot recommend as it stands now.

This is my favorite Indian restaurant! My favorite menu item is the spicy fried mushroom appetizers- so unique and yummy. Everything I've had is wonderful though!

The flavors were amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed both dinner, spiced to perfection; and the lunch buffet. We will recommend it to our friends.Vegetarian options: Vegetables were deliciousKid-friendliness: Good space for kids.Parking: Good parking around the buildingWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room to get in around and out.

The buffet was $18+ per person, and didn't have enough variety. "Salad" was just lettuce. The entire soda machine was regular sugar soda and "out of order" signs. We left unsatisfied, still hungry, disappointed completely.

The food was really bland and seemed to cater to white people (or at least the chef's perception of them as spice haters.) The place itself was nice but not enough to make up for the subpar food. I could not find a place to dispose of the PAPER plates and STYROFOAM bowls (which definitely are not good for the environment), and once I was able to, there was the problem of returning the metal cutlery (why is there metal cutlery but no real plates? I have no idea). Overall this was a unique experience, but not in a good way. Until this place is fixed, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The food here is very flavorful and fresh. We ordered for delivery at home and it was delivered pretty fast while food was still warm!Biryani and Haleem were very tasty. It is hard to find these dishes to be good in the restaurants.Have tried Kadhai chicken in the past and that was also very good. Would highly recommend!

This place was really rusty at the start and then I had a few good experiences but the last 4 times I have been here have been so disappointing. They don't keep fresh naan on the buffet "because it doesn't stay warm"...ok so then how do the other 2 Indian buffets in town manage? They gave us burnt onion pakoras when we ordered aloo (potato) pakoras. Then they messed up our entree (wrong dish, way too spicy) and when I pointed it out because it was way too spicy and we had asked for "no spice" they said, "oh it's just different than the other restaurants you're used to" ...um OK but this is my homelands cuisine too, I am familiar with it and it's the wrong dish.Time before last I went and the 2 servers awkwardly came up and asked for a cash tip. The restaurant has taken away the ability to include the tip when you pay at the register. The buffet food today was cold, the chicken in the biryani was overcooked and the whole area was swarming with flies. There was no naan, again.I love spicy food but some of the people I come with have ordered "no spice" and they still get spicy food...and then are sick later.Their hours online and in store say they are open until 12:00 midnight. I have called for takeout at 7:30 pm on a Tuesday and nobody answers. Drive by and workers are there but restaurant is dark and empty. The service is always awkward and either rushed OR way too slow. I really dislike this place. Their food is good if they can get your order right. I won't be coming here anymore.

This might be a controversial take, but I think Indian Cuisine is the best Indian restaurant in Springfield. The lunch buffet is fantastic. The food is delicious, there’s a wide variety of options (vegetarian and non), and the staff is incredible helpful and attentive. I wish I could eat lunch here everyday. They constantly change up the lunch buffet options so you won’t get bored of the available options. It’s a great way to discover new dishes that you might not think to order.

Today was our first time eating here and we will definitely be back! Spicy Goat Karahi and Bitter Chicken was so good. And we loved the butter naan. Very sweet and kind service. She was patient with us and taught us about some of the items that were new to us. We can’t wait to go and try the buffet!

New Owners...New Level of flavor!!! I've gotten take out from this place 3 times prior to this evening. They were definitely the best of the 3 Indian restaurants in town. I guess they changed owners recently. I was initially worried, but after eating their food, no more worrying. We ordered the Butter Chicken and Garlic Chicken dinners. I've honestly never tasted butter in Butter Chicken before tonight. The Garlic Chicken was so ridiculously tender and delicious. I've never had fluffier, softer, better Simosas in my life. Can't wait to go back. Keep it up!

Delicious!! Our 1st time trying Indian food and we loved it The staff was very friendly and helpful in making recommendations. I got the mild Butter Chicken and not a drop was left. It comes with a side of rice. It doesn't look like a lot of food but it definitely fills you up. My husband got the Chicken Curry medium. He liked it a lot but liked the Butter Chicken a little bit more. I don't like spicy so I only took one bite of the curry chicken. Very good flavor but a little to warm for me. We ordered a side garlic Naan bread. Also delicious. They serve bottle water with the meal.

This place is under new management and it's amazing! The food was the best Indian cuisine I've ever had. There were items on the buffet I had never tried before and everything was fresh and delicious. The owner and staff were very pleasant and welcoming. They seemed passionate about what they were doing and were going out of their way to make sure I had a good experience. Excellent!!
