Met a couple friends for dinner here tonight. The two owners are the staff. Wife takes the orders, and husband does the cooking. Had the brisket which is the best I've tasted besides Texas. After dinner was over, told the female owner how great it was, and she sends out her husband to thank us. He spent several minutes at our table talking to us. As I was leaving, I felt like I had known them for years. Highly recommend anyone wanting great food at a reasonable price. Looking...
Updated review. This is one of the best places to eat in Springfield and is run by a beautiful couple. This is not a fast service restaurant. The food is cooked after you order it. You will wait, but it is worth it. They are only open for dinner six days a week.
